Are you confused about what you should be eating for optimal health? Or you know what to eat but have trouble keeping committed to healthy choices? Most of us make New Year goals for better health in the coming year. We start off eating better and going to the gym but then life and stress steps in and we slowly slide back into our old habits.
We know that our typical American diet is not optimal and is leading to metabolic disease like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease and even cancer. Our program can help teach you how to eat a metabolically balanced diet and address stress issues that drive us back to our old habits.
This program will teach you how to choose whole foods that balance our insulin levels. When your insulin levels are balanced…your cells are more efficient, your metabolism increases, and you burn fat instead of storing it.
We will learn why typical “diets” don’t work. Diets work against our genes. Discover how a whole food diet works with your genetic makeup to bring you into your optimal self.Stress impacts your health and our habits. Learn how to combat with simple stress reduction techniques.
Staying motivating and true to your goals can be a challenge. Our subconscious likes to resist change. Learn how to reprogram for lasting results.
This is a two part program. Part 1 will help to detoxify your body and eliminate foods that can potentially cause sensitivities.
Part 2 will reintroduce certain foods to see how your body reacts and teaches you how to make healthier choices for life. You will learn body/mind techniques for reducing stress and keeping on your path. You will also learn easy exercise tricks that you can do anywhere without having to go to the gym to build muscle, stabilize your core, and kick your cardio into high gear for increased metabolism.
There is no starving or extreme “diet” with this program. It is whole food based education. Recipes will be provided to help you make delicious choices while staying satisfied.
